We sent a Visa gift card to each father on the Oncology Floor at BC Children’s Hospital to let them know they are seen, supported, and deeply appreciated. We encouraged them to use it for something that brings them comfort, even in a small way. From personal experience, we understand how challenging holidays can be during such times—and we simply wanted to remind them of the incredible job they’re doing as they support their child.
